Today, eight of us went rafting down a stretch of the Sochi River with our instructor, Carlos. He explained everything along the way, and he was a lot of fun. In some sections, we really had to paddle hard and got a real adrenaline rush. Along the way, we got to jump off a rock into the water, and at the end, we took a dip. What a great trip!
